My tracking is not updating?

US Shipping

Our system does it's best to keep the package location up to date but every now and again the postal company software can be slightly slow in updating package whereabouts. Please be patient. For all U.S shipments if the package is over 2 or 3 days past its due arrival date. Please contact support@ThulaTula.com and we will do our best to find out what is wrong.

International Shipping

International orders may be held up at customs and may take a while to clear please contact us if you have any questions. Please note you are liable for all customs charges.  Prices do not include any duties, taxes or charges associated with customs. We suggest you check your local regulations before ordering if there are any concerns.
